Egg in a Mug Breakfast

There's no excuse for an unhealthy breakfast. When in rush these two minute eggs save the day!


Egg in a Mug Breakfast


PAM cooking spray
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Optional toppings:



Spray your mug liberally with PAM and crack the eggs in. Add the milk and spices, and whisk well with a fork.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir the eggs and return to the microwave for an additional 50 seconds longer. You want to do this in two shifts as your eggs will explode all over the microwave if you let it go too long.
Remove from the microwave and top with Sriracha, scallions and cilantro. Take on the go and enjoy!
