Gluten Free Turkey Burger Recipe with Zucchini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey I like half dark and half white meat
  • 2 cups grated zucchini don’t wring out from 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 onion grated
  • 1.5 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Set aside a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Mix all burger ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and form 8 large patties.
  • Pan fry in oil on medium heat for about 6-8 min per side then an additional 8 minutes or so until fully cooked through the center. I like to flip back and forth until completely cooked through.
  • To bake coat both sides in a little oil and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min.
  • Serve the juicy turkey burgers with your favorite brand of gluten-free buns.
