Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless salmon skin removed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

To serve:

  • Rice
  • Pickled onions
  • Lettuce cups

Instructions
 

  • Slice the salmon into 1-1 ½” bites.
  • Whisk together all of the ingredients except the salmon. Toss the salmon with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • To air fry the salmon: place the marinated salmon into the air-fryer at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • To bake the salmon: Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 8-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until cooked to desired doneness.
  • Serve inside butter lettuce leaves alongside optional rice and pickled onions.
