Whisk together all of the ingredients except the salmon. Toss the salmon with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
To air fry the salmon: place the marinated salmon into the air-fryer at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
To bake the salmon: Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 8-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until cooked to desired doneness.
