- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 , 15 ounce can chickpeas
- 1 , 15 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 ½ cups pearl couscous (or gluten free cous cous)
- 2 ½ cups vegetable broth
- Lemon wedges, to serve
