  • 1/4 cup Ap or gluten free flour (or cake meal for passover)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the bananas, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and whisk until pretty smooth.
  2. Add a little butter to a pan to melt and then pour batter to make pancake rounds, working 3-4 at a time.
  3. Add chocolate chips and flip to the other side. Once cooked, flip back to the original side for an additional few seconds and then remove to a plate.
  4. Continue with remaining pancakes. Enjoy!
