I’m incredibly excited to finally share my very first cookbook with all of you! Prep + Rally: An Hour of Prep, A Week of Delicious Meals is filled with lots of meal prep hacks, cooking tips, brand new menus, and tasty recipes that hit the spot every time.
My goals for this book are to help busy parents, like me, prepare delicious, family-friendly meals with low stress, less expense, and minimal time. My whole soul is in this book and once it launches, I’ll be taking the show on the road for the Prep + Rally Book Tour!
