Prep+Rally July 4th Berry Smoothie:

We love meal prep because it makes our lives much easier. We’re all about those simple recipes that will make both you and your kids smile. This July 4th recipe is no exception. This smoothie is healthy, refreshing and bright – and the best part is that it contains only three ingredients. So grab your blender and get ready to combine berries, yogurt and milk for a July 4th recipe that will bolster your kids’ nutrition!

July 4th Smoothie
Makes 5-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen berry blend (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients well. Add more milk for a thinner consistency if desired. Feel free to make this smoothie even more nutritious by throwing in some frozen cauliflower rice, kale, or spinach. Trust me the kiddos won’t even taste it!

Top with fresh berries laced through a toothpick or skewer to make it more interesting for your kids!
