Everyone loves a good smoothie and when you need a quick boost in the morning a smoothie is the best way to go! We like pre assembling smoothies in freezer packets so in the morning all you need to do is add the liquid and you’re out the door in no time!
Berry Sweet  Smoothie
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Add additional Almond milk if necessary to thin out.

Serve in a bowl and top with coconut and flax seeds
