Everyone loves a good smoothie and when you need a quick boost in the morning a smoothie is the best way to go! We like pre assembling smoothies in freezer packets so in the morning all you need to do is add the liquid and you’re out the door in no time!
Berry Sweet  Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (better if steamed and then frozen but I just use store-bought frozen)
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 3 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1/4 cups coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • Optional:
  • flaked coconut
  • ground flax seeds

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Add additional Almond milk if necessary to thin out.

Serve in a bowl and top with coconut and flax seeds

 

Green Dream

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 madjool date
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 ½ cups pure coconut water (Such as Zico)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Coconut and Cinnamon Swirl 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 4 pieces coconut chunks or 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 madjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
