Spaghetti Pie Recipe

My kids come running anytime they hear the word “pie”. Not that it’s particularly hard to convince them to eat pasta, but this spaghetti pie is honestly over the top.

Mutually loved by kids and adults, you will find that this spaghetti pie is your next easy dinner, party dish, or guilty pleasure. It’s a quick and (extremely) easy recipe, so no stress and no fret.

A great hack is to meal prep a big batch of spaghetti earlier in the week. This way you can pull it out for any weekday lunch, and use a big bunch of it for a delicious spaghetti pie.  If you do this, then you can have it on the table in 30 minutes.

Spaghetti Pie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs for top and bottom of pie

Directions:

Spray bottom of a spring form pan (or 9×13 baking dish) with baking spray and top with half of the bread crumbs. Then mix ingredients together in a bowl and pour into dish. Top with remaining breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
