Ingredients
  

  • ● 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ● 1 15 ounce can full-fat coconut cream
  • ● 7 egg yolks
  • ● 6 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • ● 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • ● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk, coconut cream, and egg yolks to a small saucepan and whisk together. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking every few minutes, for 15 minutes. Be careful not to overheat the mixture. Towards the end it will have thickened up and almost look curdled. Don’t worry it won’t last long!
  • Add remaining ingredients and whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture has become smooth and silky.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving so it has time to harden like a pudding or until it reaches your desired consistency. Top with berries and enjoy throughout the next couple of days.
