Copycat Cheesecake Factory Miso Salmon Recipe

- 2.5 lbs. side of salmon or 4 fresh salmon filets sockeye salmon is a good option
- Sea salt and pepper to season
- 1/4 cup white miso paste
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. low soy sauce
Place salmon in a 9X13 baking tray or dish and season top with a little bit of salt and pepper
In a small mixing bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Pour the miso mixture over salmon.
For best results, let marinate overnight in an airtight container or cover with plastic wrap to cook the next day or cook immediately.
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until firm and the center of the fish is easily flaked with a fork. Time will vary depending on thickness of fish.
